Cc that food is still freezing food but only about 2 to 3 times a week. Took temperatures and freezer was at 8* and ff section was at 40* and they have the temperature set at 42*. Noticed that the damper was closed but could still feel cold air coming through took apart damper assemble and found that the damper has a return on bottom letting cold air to still com in even if the damper is closed. Called BJ and stated lets adjust damper and try to insulate it better around it and see if that fixes the issue. Explained to customer what I did and I let him know if anything to give us a call. Opt test ok.

Tested on a spin and it will not do it in a spin only when agitating. "Cc unit not cooling in ff section and ice buildup under deli drawerCustomer stated they had a repair company out just around 30 days ago to fix frost issue with ff evaporator. Ff section hasnt really cooled properly since, and then they noticed water and ice buildup under deli drawer. Cleared water and ice from ff bottom. Pulled ff evaporator cover, found evaporator thermistor just hanging. Attached thermistor to evaporator suction line. Evaporator drain iced over. Steamed out drain, good flow through. Op test good."

Cc that dryer does not have the legs installed and dryer keeps saying that there a vent issue. Verified the vent on back and it was completely squished fixed the cent and recommended customer to replace vent with a semi rigid or a rigid vent because the plastic vent he has are fire hazard customer stated that he will get it changed out and installed the legs for him as well. "Cc that ice maker stopped working. Verified and it stopped midway tried cycling and nothing checked power and was showing no voltage checked on harness from cabinet and it had voltage so i changed ice maker but nothing same thing called BJ and we did some checks and he asked me too replace ice maker harness so i replaced it and nothing so we checked voltage on control board and it was not supplying the voltage unit will need control board replaced. BJ said not charge for icemaker and use the money to order control board.
