Cc that the lower oven when you use it for a long time the steam gets into the upper oven door. Looked at seal around door and it was stiff and flat i pressed on it to fluff it up and it started sealing a little better made sure that the fan was working as well and it was. Used my flash light and explained to the customer that where the steam is coming from is from the vent and I explained to them depending on what you cook in the oven and how long it will buildup moisture and steam unit working as is its just that the vent is right under the upper ovens door. "Cc that unit was giving an error code but she doesnt remember what it was when she tries to use the oven and the convection fan rattles and vibrates. Tried to get into diagnostics and see the error codes but I need to use the number 3 in the display to be able to see the codes but i doesnt work so it will not let me enter to se the codes. So I tried using the oven to see if it would give me a code but it didnt so I unplugged it and it started working and saw the error codes F2E0 control doesnt see the key pads and F2E1 stuck key, also tried the convection bake and fan is not running so I checked on back and fan is not receiving the 120vac unit will need main control, control panel and convection fan since customer was stating it was loud. Gave the customer the estimate and she stated she will try to call whirlpool to see if they pay for parts at least customer paid service call.; ordrng 1 W11029431 (Panel) and 1 W11034208 (Control) and 1 W11441001 (Covect fan), used 1 SHIPPING (shipping and handling) from stock"

"Replaced latch and drain pump. Ran diagnostics, no error codes. Ran a diagnostics test and factory calibration. Good. All components working. Ran normal and heavy duty cycle. Good. Watched water drain. Customer put an extra piece of hose on the black drain hose, (took pics) Advised will need to clamp down the connection because otherwise water is running onto floor behind dryer. Also found a lint drain on end of hose that was totally clogged up as well, could be causing issues, customer had extras. Changed out and told to monitor for when that gets full, could be causing you to not drain properly. As of now, unit good. Op Test Ok."
