Unit was in defrost mode when verifying temperatures. Also found Freezer was in coldest setting on the ff section controls Causing less ventilation into the fresh food section. Instructed customer on proper temp ranges and damper on fresh food side. And how coldest setting for freezer will affect temps on fresh food side. Customer was still concerned, we removed panel to evaporator to show even frost pattern to customer and I stated unit is working as designed cannot find any issues as of now opt test good."

"Recover refrigerant, replaced compressor, filter and 3 way valve, placed in a 29in vacuum and holding for 15 minutes, charged with 5.5oz of R134a, compressor not starting, called BJ for assistance explained the issue he said to recovered refrigerant and re vacuum, recovered refrigerant and vacuum holding at 29 in vacuum recharge and when valve switches to the Ff compressor wont start, we are thinking there is a restriction somewhere in the FF cap tube, check amps when compressor trying to start and 2.13amps Called techline spoke to Chris he said to let the unit run and see if compressor starts, but compressor inverted board started flashing 4 flashes, he said thats a bad compressor advise replacing the compressor and if the issue persist to call tl back, ordering compressor ; ordrng 1 W10832994 (compressor)"
