Cc that unit was leaving stains on there clothes. Asked customer how much detergent they use and they said they use up to 4 pods per wash explained to customer that if they use too much detergent it will buildup around the outer part of the basket and turn into a wax and they will start seeing it on there clothes. Explained to them to run the clean washer with affresh cycle to try to clean unit out and too at least do it twice to sanitize and clean properly before using unit again also let them know they can use white vinegar if they dont have the affresh tablets. I let the unit fill up with water and let it agitate to see if the water would turn black or get dirty but it was good. Customer will need to use less detergent. Opt test ok.

The leak last time was in the freezer defrost drain and the ice maker needed replaced. Cleared ice jam up in ice maker, funnel iced over causing water to leak into ice container when cycling. Reinstalled ice maker and ran ice maker test. Ice maker indexed properly and filled mold with water. Op test good."
