"Cc unit not heating properly, ran bake and let unit preheat to 350 took temps, the temp were off, calibrated unit to 5 degrees and ran bake test unit high temp was 368 and flame shuts off, when unit hit about 344 unit kicked back on, unit is working properly, advise customer to allow 10 to 15 extra minutes after the unit has preheated so when the door is open the dont loose to many degrees, and explained that the longer the door is open the more time will take for temps to reach the set temp. "Cc unit not cooling and frosting up in the fz, verified and evap cover is covered in frost and humidity in the cabinet, noticed the mullion is bowed at the bottom and looks like the insulation is missing on the Ff side, called techline to document (12:02pm to, spoke to rob, send him pictures and he said thats a lot of damage and unit is not repairable stated looks like the unit was handle with a forklift, and will transfer me to the trade care team since they handle the damage units got transferred to trade care team, spoke to Nicole she said unit is not repairable but because the damage was reported out of the 30 days window they cant do anything for the customer and advise customer call Home Depot and get the unit replaced."

Tried draining unit but would not drain used shop vac to remove water took off drain pump and looked good noticed that the drain hose going to the garbage disposal was real black like it was clogged up so I took it off and used a long wire to break up the food and grease got the hose pretty clean tested unit and it started draining as should.
