Cc that unit is freezing stuff in the ff section and that the icemaker and water was not working. Took temps and ff section was at 32* and freezer at -1* raised the temp in the freezer to 2* and found that the diffuser was not closing would open and close by itself and would not stay shut. Ordering the diffuser. Also water and icemaker was mot working because water was not hooked up but he thinks its because of an issue with the line. So i told him to hook it up and test it when he gets a chance to find out what the issue is.
