Cc that they had another company come out and said that the ice maker was broken because it was spilling water on too floor of freezer to the homes floor and customer stated they never took apart freezer or ice maker to check the issue or ever returned to home to fix issue just turned off icemaker. So I took apart freezer removed icemaker and found fill tube frozen and the fill cup full of ice causing water to flow out when calling for water. Unit was a week old when issue happened so I explained to the customer that the unit being new couldve have sir in the lines causing the issue so I steamed out the fill cup and tube reinstalled ice maker and recommended customer to monitor for now if issue continues she will need valve replaced. Took temps on unit it when up to 107* on towels. Towels is one of the hottest settings. Placed few small towels and let unit run for few min. Towels stared drying. Explain cust to use time dry , that will be best to use on this unit, also turn off ECO. As is unit is working as designed. Also this unit is bets to be on small apartment, is not as good for business. Op test ok"
