After speaking with customer, it was stated that staff has a habit of over loading dryer. Recommend to set rules with staff to no set dryer higher then med heat and at most half a drum of clothing. Verified seals and there sealing perfectly theres no moisture or nothing did recommend customer not to overload ff section area for better airflow and to avoid food preventing doors from closing properly, and for the defrost explained to customer she will hear hissing and id theres some ice it will crackle also when unit starts up from a defrost you can sometimes here popping and crackling as well from the freon flowing through unit is working as designed opt test good."
