"Cc that unit was not draining. Tested unit and it will not drain can hear the pump running but no water pushing out. So we removed drain pump and found a piece of plastic and glass stuck inside which caused drain pump to jam up and broke one of the impellers. Explained to customer and gave her an estimate for the drain pump but she said if it works like that she will rather leave it as is but told her it could be damaged so we put it back together tested unit on a drain but it will not drain out the water we replaced drain pump, still was not draining properly. Removed hoses, blew out hoses for any blockage, hoses seemed clear. Tested voltage to drain pump, voltage tested good at 124v, removed check valve in hose, still not draining properly. Cc that microwave powers on but wont start and cooktop light burns out a lot. Verified and found that the top door switch the cam is pushed back like if the door was slammed. Removed top grill and main board got the cam on the switch to fall in place tested unit it started working and heating as should opt test good. Explain to customer they dont want to slam the door to avoid that issue from happening again also let her know not to use the cooktop light as a night light because they are not meant for that and it could damage the relay on board as well.

Cc that the washer when it got into a spin it smelled like burn rubber but it was the first time they used it because they just moved in and washer was just sitting there they dont know how long it was sitting for. So we spun the basket by hand and it was jammed up so we spun it counter clockwise and it loosened up and its spinning and draining as should explained to customer since washer was sitting for so long the brakes couldve been jammed up but as of now its working as should if issue continues I spoke with BJ and stated they will need the belt replaced.
