Cc that unit was making a loud squeal and also showed me a video. Confirmed heard the video and it was loud tried to put unit into a spin but did not do the sound so i spun the basket by hand and when it was stopping you could hear a squeal. So i removed the rotor from underneath and noticed that the spring on the slider was getting stuck was not smooth going up and down so i replaced the slider and spun unit by hand and could not hear the squeal anymore tested on a manual high spin and nothing. Unit working as should now explained to customer what i replaced and why and if any issues to give us a call back. Opt test ok.; used 1 W10734521 (SLIDER) from stock

Tested unit and the drain pump was just humming so i took the unit in back apart took out the drain pump but there was nothing inside it. Tried draining it again but would not drain tried taking out tub was there for a while but no luck would have to either grind out or hit it out and it would damage the shaft. Customer stated to leave as is she will rather get into a new unit than spending extra money on this unit. Opt test ok.

Cc that unit was freezing stuff in the middle section also the crisper drawer will come off track sometimes and ice falls out of bin. Verified and customer had the temperature on 4 out of 5 and was blocking the center causing the food to freeze explained to customer she wants to keep the center area open so the air can flow properly. For the crisper drawer nothing is broken its just that where it sits on is plastic on plastic and the shelves that hold the crisper drawers do t have a center support so if she puts heavy stuff on top of the shelf it tends to bend causing it to be unleveled and crisper drawer sliding off when to heavy and for the ice its just when the ice maker drops the ice if its piled up on a corner when you open the door the ice maker arm pulls on the ice causing it to fall on bottom of freezer. Unit is working as designed its just how its designed. Opt test ok

Went into diagnostics and did a manual agitation and could hear a rattling sounded like it was the cam looked and underneath but did not see anything unusual so i removed the cam and rotated the gearcase shaft and the sound was coming from the gearcase and there was a little bit of oil starting to leak. Unit will need gearcase, cam and belt. Gave customer estimate and stated he will use the washer like that until it goes out.
