Cc that unit is not heating. Confirmed turned on unit and it would not heat checked power and power was good but the wires on terminal block were loose fixed that issue and tested unit but would not heat got unit to heat once but stopped replaced cut off even though it was saying it was good and unit started cycling as should looks like the cut off was not reading correctly having unit not to cycle and stop heating. Tested unit for about 10 mins and it was cycling on and off as should. Opt test ok.

Cc that unit was not lighting only about 90% of the time. So I tested it and it turned on the first time but the second time it just kept sparking. Checked the igniter and it looked good so went to back and it seemed like the wire was sparking somewhere else instead of the igniter so i insulated the whole wire tested it about 7 times and it turned on every time so I had the customer issue and let them know if it keeps happening they will need the spark module board. "Cc that another company came out and replaced gear case and some other stuff he wasnt sure but now the unit is not spinning. Verified diagnostics and unit would agitate but not spin looked underneath unit and noticed that the slider was not on correctly or the bracket that the wire for the stator go through they were just hanging. So I replaced slider and clutch because the slider was damaged tested unit by doing a calibration and auto test and passed. Also did a manual spin in diagnostics and passed perfectly. Explained to customer and also showed him that its working now and explained to him that if issue starts again they will need the gear case replaced again because Im not sure what the other company did or how they installed it. "Cc: water damageCustomer stated they ran 5 loads on unit and noticed water leaking on the floor. Stated they started noticing water leaking around the 3rd or 4th load. Customer checked behind unit and found the drain hose popped out of stand pipe. Found 2 area rugs that was in the basement got wet from water. Water under flooring, and ran into carpet in the bedroom. Customer cleaned up the water. The ceiling in the basement still has water dripping from rafters. No actual warped wood or mold would be seen this soon."
