Cc that unit was not lighting only about 90% of the time. So I tested it and it turned on the first time but the second time it just kept sparking. Checked the igniter and it looked good so went to back and it seemed like the wire was sparking somewhere else instead of the igniter so i insulated the whole wire tested it about 7 times and it turned on every time so I had the customer issue and let them know if it keeps happening they will need the spark module board. Opt test ok.

Verified and today the washer was working fine ran a test cycle and passed perfectly and I only found a latch error code but its probably from them trying to start unit and unplugging causing the issue because its working fine. Customer showed me a video of what unit was doing and the display was going crazy all the light blinking and the time changing all crazy. Made sure everything was plugged in and it was there were no loose connections. Explained to customer that from the issue and video i saw she will need the acu and ui replaced. "Cc that another company came out and replaced gear case and some other stuff he wasnt sure but now the unit is not spinning. Verified diagnostics and unit would agitate but not spin looked underneath unit and noticed that the slider was not on correctly or the bracket that the wire for the stator go through they were just hanging. So I replaced slider and clutch because the slider was damaged tested unit by doing a calibration and auto test and passed. Also did a manual spin in diagnostics and passed perfectly. Explained to customer and also showed him that its working now and explained to him that if issue starts again they will need the gear case replaced again because Im not sure what the other company did or how they installed it. Opt test ok.; used 1 W10754448 (CABRIO CLUTCH), and 1 W10734521 (SLIDER) from stock"
