Confirmed unit still not making ice temperatures in unit are 6* and in ice maker bin 1* made sure it didnt have any error codes so i ran step 120 in diagnostics and it passed perfectly tested the water valve fill test and passed as well so I know the fill tube is not frozen. Went to the top of unit and made sure all connections in control board were good and there were no loose connections cannot find a issue so called tech line and spoke with Robert explained issue and stated to reorder ice maker to get replaced again. Took temperatures and ff section was at 38* and freezer was 8* unit was not running either checked temperature settings and they were at recommended but customer stated she just changed it because they were set to max temperature causing unit to run longer like she was explaining took off evaporator cover to make sure evaporator had good frost pattern and it did can not find any issues with unit all fans and compressor are working perfectly and this issue only happened once told her that it couldve been a glitch in the control but i can not find an issue at the moment explained to her to monitor for now and if anything to give us a call back. Took temperatures and ff section was at 40* and freezer section was at 15* not sure if unit was in defrost mode before i arrived so I took off evaporator cover and evaporator had perfect frost pattern did find that evaporator had a ball of ice all around the bimetal causing it not to read correctly so i steamed out the ice and called BJ explained issue and we ohmed out the thermistors from the control board and they were all in range BJ also stated that if we leave and unit starts acting up again that he will pre id the control board.

Cc that unit is shutting off the breaker toward the end of the cycle when theres about five minutes left. Started unit up again and ran a quick cycle and let the unit run went to the breaker box to feel if the breaker were getting hot or warm but was not but noticed that it was on a ground fault breaker. Called BJ explained issue and stated that whirlpool doesnt recommend those types of breakers because they are too sensitive they will need to get it replaced with a normal 20amp breaker. Explained it to Joe and stated he will get it changed out.

Running a Rinse/Spin cycle with 4/5 bath towels on max extract spin. The agitating is good and normal. Spin is good. Not going out of balance. Unit front legs on wood. Would suggest putting wood under back one to help level the basket out and make more even in the middle. Unit is good, Op Test Ok. ** advised vibration pads as well"

Cc that at the end of the cycle theres water still in dishwasher and that the door doesnt stay up any more. There was water still in bottom of unit when I arrived i hit the cancel button and unit started draining perfectly seems to be that the drain pump is overheating causing the issue of water still in unit at the end of the cycle. Replaced drain pump made sure it drains properly and it did also for the door found that the sleeves came off because they broke replaced them with truck stock tested door as well. Opt test ok.; used 2 WP8268961 (SLEEVE FRICTION) from stock
