Cc that he had a sheet of ice forming on bottom of freezer and frost on some stuff and that he had a company come out and they fixed the drain the issue but said that unit had a sealed system issue as well. Took temperatures and freezer was at 5* and ff section was at 38* asked customer if they ever had any cooling issues and stated no the unit is making ice and cooling perfectly. Took off evaporator cover to verify frost pattern just in case and had perfect frost pattern but had a small ball of ice on corner which that was why the company said it had a sealed system issue. I explained to customer that the ball of ice couldve formed because door was not closing properly because of the sheet of ice on freezer not letting the door close properly which he said he had frost building up around stuff or just because of the distance of the heater to that corner the heater doesnt stay on long enough to defrost that area building up like that. As of now unit is working perfectly can not find any issues. Opt test ok.

Cc that no e of the burners were igniting. Confirmed tried igniting at first but nothing after a while they would turn on but the flame would start dying down checked gas line and they were all on but could hardly smell gas. Called BJ and we started diagnosing farther in and found that the fitting inside the regular was set for LP instead of NG tested unit after flipping fitting around and started working as should. Opt test ok.

Could not relight them until several minutes later. Very little gas pressure inside house lines, found gas supply valve outside turned almost completely off. The contractor here at the address turned the valve back as I told him I could not touch the outside gas meter. Retested unit after he turned gas on. All burners lit properly and good flame.
