Cc that unit was not finishing and it kept adding time to cycle. Ran diagnostics and found that customer had a F0E3 error code overload. Asked customer how much clothes does she put i. Washer and stated that when she had the issue she had a queen mattress comforter. Explained to customer that if its queen or king she will have issues with overloading washer and having the issue she had when washing the comforter. Recommended only 7 to 8 regular bath towels for a full load and 2 tablespoons of detergent to wash clothes. Ran a calibration and auto test and passed unit working as designed it was just getting overloaded. Opt test ok.
