Set temperature a little higher for customer and recommended to try to keep the sir tower accessible so the air can flow properly by not blocking it. The ice maker i found that the fill tube was frozen steamed it out and since the cold was staying by the back it couldve been causing the issue as well. Cc that leds in the ff section on the left hand side are out the ice maker overflows with ice and the door handle came off. Confirmed leds will need to be ordered with service pointer led kit. The ice maker is working fine and the arm its just that where the majority of the ice falls it doesnt have to much contact with arm causing ice maker to keep making ice explained to customer that they would have to move the ice around when full so it can make contact with arm. And for the handle I contacted BJ because this unit has custom made doors and handles to match cabinets and BJ said if there not the ones from manufacturer they will have to get in contact with the contractor who got them installed to fix issue. Cc that unit was not heating after using the self clean. Tested u it and it would stay at 100* took unit out and ohmed out heating element and it was good so i ohmed out the thermal switch and it was open this is a resettable one so I reseted it and tested the unit and it preheated to 350* just fine. Recommended customer to try not to use the self clean to avoid issues or possibly damaging other components on unit. Opt test ok.

"Cc unit still not heating properly, ran bake at 350 and this time I used 2 different probes at the same time, unit reaches 350 on display and probe 1 has cast iron pan attached and temps at 355 and the other probe is taking ambient temperature in the cavity and temp at 358, highest temp was 368 then flame goes off and comes back on when temp gets to around 345, temps seems ok calling techline to report no issues found spoke to Bruce, he agreed that temps are within range, opt test ok"

I see frost on freezer food thats cause when door is open or air leak. No air leaks on freezer or fresh food. Liner is sealed up. Defrosted ice build up on evaporator drain tube and dumped water is clear. Called whirlpool tech line spoke with Charles. Verify all possibilities of air gettin into freezer, found that drain tube is not long enough to get to the T on the drain. That causes a lot of warm air to go into freezer and clogged the drain.
