Did notice tub is a plastic tub and there not using rinse either so I ran a test cycle to make sure heater was heating properly and it was checked temperature at the end of test cycle and it was at 320* explained to customer to use rinse aid and prime the hot water before using the dishwasher so it wont have the chance to get deactivated because of cold water coming in first also suggest at the end of cycle to crack open the door so since the tub is plastic it wont try to buildup moisture because of the heat opt test ok.
