Installed icmaker and door Cycled ice maker op test ok

Cc that unit is not drying there dishes. Ran diagnostics no faults codes. Checked underneath unit to see if I saw any loose wires everything looked good. Got to control board and ohmed out the heater and it has good continuity. Did notice that the hot water takes a while for it to get hot. So I primed it and ran a test cycle and felt the difference in the unit. The first time I tried it it was cold and after priming hot water it felt much better. Recommended customer to use rinse aid and prime hot water before starting unit.

Removed oven from wall. Replaced console and both control boards. All tested ok.

"Cust showed pop, sent pic. CC that there is water leaking into the ff section. Confirmed. Found the drain hole blocked with ice. Steamed out the drain hole. Tested. Opt test ok."

Cc that drain pump is running constantly which is not the same issue as before. This time found that drip pan had some water causing the float switch to open. Customer stated he had some suds and wanted to make sure unit was not leaking from some other spot. Tested unit after drying up the drip pan and everything looked clean and dry did notice he still did have some suds in unit. So ran it for a bit and let it drain again to get rid of the suds.

I.E. when powering down the screen will go dark then a time will pop up for a few secs then go dark again. Ordered new control, Ui, rfi filter, and cord. I did test the wall outlet, tested fine. "Arrived at home to replace compressor and evaporator. When I put my gauges on the low side, the pressure was in a 10 inch vacuum. I evacuated the system of all the R600 and installed an access point on the compressor. Charged with 250 psi of nitrogen. Thoroughly sprayed both evaporators and all other accessible lines but could not find a leak. I turned the nitrogen off and allowed time to see if the pressure would drop. After about 30 minutes, the pressures dropped about 10 psi. I called Whirlpool tech line and spoke with Austin. He advised I isolate the odor loop and charge it to see if the leak was there. I isolated the odor loop and charged to 250 psi like advised. Allowed 30 minutes for holding. The pressure went down about 15 psi in that time. I called Whirlpool tech line again around 300pm to inform of my findings but they were unavailable due to a training class. I will need to call back tomorrow to speak with them. I installed a new filter drier and vacuumed the system to 30 inch vacuum and held for 15 minutes. Charged with 53 grams of R600 to help keep the unit working until Whirlpool contacts them; schdld next appmnt for 3/4 TUE !"

Cc that unit was not draining. Tested and confirmed will not drain. Unit was stacked but was able to slide dryer a bit back to get to the screws to take it apart and found found drain pump full of pet hair. Cleaned out reinstalled tested unit opt test good.

Cc that unit is leaking from underneath. Verified and confirmed. Dishwasher is filling up with to much water causing it to spill over the front lip of the unit. Tried turning down the main water valve to the u it to see if it would help nut it didnt ordering inlet valve and control board. Also ordering front panel because it has some rust. Monitored, 20 mins. No change to gauges. Pulled 28in vac. Let sit 15 mins. Charged with 56g of r600. Monitored. Unit now producing complete frost pattern. Unit pulling 100w.
