Cc that they have wet clothes at end of cycle. Ran diagnostics and there were no error codes ran a auto test and passed also did a calibration. Looked underneath unit and everything looked clean no gear case oil anywhere also removed rotor to inspect and looked perfect. So I asked customer to see if he had some towels or clothes to run a rinse and spin to see if it spins out the clothes properly and it spun out the towels perfectly. Customer was there with me I just recommended to keep loads not to heavy and to make sure the spin is always on to make sure he gets the clothes spun out properly. Opt test ok.
