Noticed that the washer was leaning forward and the basket was completely leaning on the front of cabinet leveled unit to where it was centered ran a auto test and calibration and passed. Explained to customer that the unit is fine it was just going off balance because it was not leveled properly causing unit to go off balance and pausing unit leaving the clothes all wet and water in tub thinking it was not draining. Opt test ok.
