Cc that unit would stay in sensing and it would just shut off and no water coming in. Verified started a normal cycle and unit started working perfectly. Ran diagnostics to check for error codes and no error codes were stored ran a calibration and a auto test and passed. From having the customer test it herself it seems like she hit the button twice causing it to stay paused and than the unit would just cancel out after 5mins. Can not find any issues with unit working as designed at the moment. Opt test ok.

They found no issue but told her that when using the oven the unit was emitting CO and needs to be looked at by a service company. Checked all flames for proper size and gas/air mix. All burners and oven burner test good for proper spark and flame, all flames blue in color. Advised customer that any gas appliance will emit a small amount of CO while in use and this is normal operation. No issues found with unit."

Cc that light was not turning on even after switching the bulb out and that doors on unit were not leveled and freezer door handle was loose. Verified and found that the switch was stuck close looks like door was propped open causing switch to freeze up got switch cleaned out and working light started working as should explained to customer to make sure door was closed properly to avoid issue. Also retightened the freezer door handle and leveled doors as well. Opt test ok.
