Verified and unit was not running at the moment took off evaporator cover to inspect an frost and unit after 5mins of being there made the sound and I asked customer that it was the sound they were hearing and they said yes. So i showed them and explained to them that the sound they are hearing is the refrigerant flowing through evaporator when unit kicks on also evaporator had a perfect frost pattern unit is working as designed customer stated that warranty is almost over and wanted to be sure everything was good. Tested compressor and compressor was running at .62amps unit has a leak in the system. Called AB to see if I should just order the filter drier to see where the leak is at but suggested to order all parts that may be the issue and when i come back replace what needs to be replaced after tapping system. Unit will need compressor, evaporator and uv drier filter. Advised customer if unit stopped cooling for period of time, freezer would stay cold for awhile while ff section would see quickest warmup and depending on how long unit has stopped cooling, may take up to 24 hours for unit to return to normal temps. "Cc unit making a loud vibration noise, verified and unit is indeed making a vibration noise, open doors but noise not coming from inside, pulled unit out and noise got a lot louder removed back cover can hear the noise around the compressor, if I pushed the compressor the noise stops, condenser coil was too close to the cabinet and will vibrate against the cabinet when compressor is running, reset condenser and not hitting the cabinet anymore, vibration noise is gone, opt test ok!"
