Wish that Corina had been our tech from the beginning. She was professional, pleasant, got the job done and didn't leave until it was right! I wish I could say the same about the first tech we encountered but we're considering that a false start. This was warranty work so I can't rate cost. Also want to do a shout out to the office support staff. I found them to be both professional and helpful at all times. Finally want to voice my appreciation for the scheduling tools that Fred's uses. They make rescheduling and tracking arrival times SO easy.

Joe arrived with a face mask and boot covers to enter our home. He solved the problem with our washer in minutes and checked the tub balance and leveling to ensure it was installed correctly. When I scheduled my appt with Fred's Appliance to work on an under warranty Whirpool oven (that needed a new gasket), no one expected a giant snowstorm to hit Cleveland, and I didn't know if Fred's Appliance could keep the appointment. You're serviceman David DID and was on time. He got stuck in my street twice as it hadn't been plowed, but he cheerfully dug himself out and replaced the oven gasket in minutes. Well done!!!

This service was performed under warranty. Had 2 visits by another technician and the problem was not resolved. Corey arrived for what was now the 3rd overall visit, analyzed the problem, and ordered a new freezer door. Corey returned for the 4th and final overall visit to install the door. Switched the old door for the new one quickly. He got the job done right. Haven't had any issues with the door since.

The whole process took much longer than expected. No one seemed to care that we would be without a stove for almost 3 weeks. Our service was scheduled to the convenience of the repair shop not us. Parts needed ordered and no one told us it would come to our house. Price was high for average service. Tech was not exactly friendly first visit did not cover shoes and was not wearing his mask. Second visit he was better but not exactly friendly. Overall I have my stove and that is what I needed.

The reason is it sitting in the garage in the garage is approximately 38° which is too cold for the machine to actually function correctly. In the installation guide manual it states that the machine should be placed in the climate between 55 and 90°. Anything outside of those parameters the machine will not function correctly.

REFRIGERATOR KITCHENAID n/a when arrive customer said hes floors were damage from water on fridge Cc was that refrigerator was leaking from the bottom verified issue and found line from the ice maker in back of unit popped out reinstalled line tried icemaker to see if it would receive water which it was but had ice in front of the line causing it to spill in ice pan instead of icemaker. Cleared out line and cleaned bottom of freezer side that customer wanted to clean and bottom of fridge where evaporator is located which was clogged with dust.
