"Cc unit has a streak in upper oven door, temperatures seems to be off in upper oven, and time/dates needs reset periodicallyAdvised customer that time/date issue is due to the unit not being connected to Wi-Fi, advised to connect unit to WiFi. Customer stated theres a streak and some spots In between upper door glass. Advised customer that may happen and is not a door defect, would require removal of door and manual cleaning, quoted customer. Customer declined. Ran bake test on both ovens to 350 degrees. Found upper oven temps reading 370-380 after preheat, calibrated -10 degrees. Temps now reading 345-360, within spec. Checked lower ovens temps after preheat, temps reading 370-375, calibrated temps -10 degrees. Lower oven temps reading 355-360. Unit is heating properly, advised customer to not place foil on oven bottom and allow an additional 10-15 minutes for preheat after chime."

Ran diagnostics and found a F8E1 long fill no fill tested water valve in diagnostics and water would not come in but could not feel any water pressure coming in. I removed the cold water hose from the washer and turned it on and theres no water coming out. Asked customer if she has the water turned off and said no we checked everything to see if theres a valve closed but nothing. I felt the lines and explained to customer that they could be frozen the lines are close to the outside and the pvc line were pretty cold. Explained to customer that washer is fine she will need a plumber to verify her lines to see why she doesnt have any water coming in from the main lines. Opt test ok.

Cc that unit will not do anything after they installed temp sensor. Prior visit unit was working just had f31 error for shorted temp sensor. I ordered the part for customer to install and not sure what they did but unit will not turn on now. Cc that unit in freezer was good but ff section was warm. Took temps and found freezer at -2* and ff section at 54*. Could not feel air coming out of damper so verified the freezer fan and was good took out food and found back wall with frost buildup. Took apart and steamed out everything ran heater in Diagnostics and worked took out thermistor and found it was split with wire exposed. Replaced thermistor put everything back together and explained to customer to wait at least 24hrs for proper cooling in the ff section and to try not to block the vent for proper air flow. Opt test ok.; used 1 WPW10384183 (THERMISTOR) from stock
