Tried running diagnostics and unit would not turn on checked control board and didnt see the led on checked for power at control and had 0vac checked outlet and it was saying it was good checked continuity on cord and it was good checked breaker box and it was good as well found that the outlets slots one of them was loose causing it not to make proper connection and not sending voltage to unit switched unit to another outlet and unit started working as should. Ran a calibration and auto test and passed. Explained to customer that if they want to use the original outlet they were using it will have to be replaced. Opt test ok.

Let the oven heat ip to 350* and waited about 15mins and checked temperatures and they were between 350* and 337* unit was igniting each time so I explained the customer how to calibrate oven and I left it for her at plus 10* and explained as well that she can go lower or higher and that she can set it at her preference.
