"Cc unit not spinning out Ran diagnostics, found code f7e4 for basket re engagement failure. Ran multiple shift, spin and agitation tests. All passed. Had customer run large load of clothing on normal wash. Let cycle several minutes, switched over to drain and spin. As basket starts to spin and move, can hear clutch disengaging and re engaging. This only happens when clothing load causes basket to wobble, which is why all spin tests unloaded will pass. Found intermittent break in wire harness running along tub. Replaced wire harness and main control using customer supplied parts. Restarted spin and drain test with load. No intermittent clutch operation. Op test good."

"Cc unit cooktop not getting hot enoughCustomer stated unit cooktop isnt heating up, taking too long to get hot. Ran burner op test on LF and RF burners. Burners temps reaching approx. 700 degrees on high temperature. Ran boil test on LF burner using 1 liter of water on inner burner. Boil time was 8 minutes, within spec for electric cooktops. Customer now argues that cooking multiple things will cause it not to work correctly. Ran multiple boil tests using 1 liter on water on LF and RF burners. Both boiling in under 8 minutes on high. Cannot find an issue with unit, unit is working as designed. Advised customer of typical boils times, may vary with larger volumes of liquid."
