Cc that unit wont drain and shuts off. Ran diagnostics and found error code F8E3 overflow conditions and F9E1 long drain. Removed back cover and removed drain pump to inspect and only saw a quarter in the trap customer states that they had the drain pump unclogged already so it could be that the drain pump is working intermittently replaced drain pump with new one tested unit and its draining and washing as should ran diagnostics and erased the error codes. Opt test ok.

Cc that unit after 24hrs was not cooling but he went on vacation and hasnt been home since so his neighbor let me in. I checked for temps and FC was at 18* and RC was at 43* checked frost pattern in freezer evaporator and was perfect so i ran step 39 to check wattage on compressor and it was running at 153watts which is good so BJ recommended me to call tech line. Called and spoke with Andrew explained issue and we ran step 40 to check pressures on unit and low side was at 45psi and high side was at 98psi indicating an issue so Andrew recommended me to check for leaks with nitrogen and soap suds and if everything is good to flush system so I used 140psi of nitrogen and no leaks nowhere so i flushed the system with nitrogen put into a vacuum and recharged again with 4.50oz of R134a and BJ recommended me to replace temperature control board on side of door. Ordering board; schdld next appmnt for 7/29 FRI AM

"Cc unit not turning on, ran diagnostics and found codes F4e3 for restricted air flow f4e4 for L2 under voltage f4e1 for heater relay issue. Check voltage at terminal block and have proper voltage, checked relay connector and voltage and relay is good, unit vents on the roof visually the vent looks partially clogged and the vent flappers not opening all the way, advise customer to have a vent company look at the vent and if they still have issues after the vent have been cleaned to give us a call and well take another look."

Cc that freezer door was hard to open. Confirmed it was stiff found that it had some frost build up causing the issue took apart freezer and let the frost melt a little to wipe it off real good steamed the seal out as well and reinstalled everything and let the customer test it. Opt test ok. Explained to customer to open door by the middle and not the sides be ause it could cock the door causing it to not close snd get warm air inside causing issue again.

Was going to take picture of model and serial and unit does not have the tag but did get the model from invoice called BJ to ask him and stated since its a pay call with the model we should be ok. Cc that unit was making a loud scraping sound when tumbling. Ran unit and there was no sound took apart unit and everything looked good the only thing i found was some plastic tabs and a paper clip explained to customer that one of the plastic pieces or paper clip couldve got stuck and than fell causing sound. Unit working as should. Opt test ok.; (serial indicated as 'NotAvailable' so system created UIS w/pseudo #)
