"Cc unit taking longer cook times for baking and their oven thermometer is ready 20-40 degrees below set temp. Ignitors check good. Tested temp sensor at room temp before starting oven, reading 1077 ohms, in range. Ran unit at bake 350*. Preheat took about 10 mins, then let unit cycle on and off a couple more times before putting my temp probe in. Took customers thermometer about 15 extra mins after preheat to reach 350. Then I set unit to 375* let cycle on/off 4-5 times and my temp probe to multi meter reading average around 378*. Unit is good, customer can also refer over to temp adjustment in owners manual if needed. Good. Op Test Ok."

Replace led light board and filter head assy and still no water coming out learn that the main valve on house not sending water to unit so it could be possible that filter head assembly was probably not need it but it was installed I explain customer there is still labor for replacing led board plus I wouldnt know they had plumbing issue cause we are there for the appliances but customer didnt know they had issue with valve either so I dont know to go about this Ill have office review ; O-emld tckt
