Cc that unit was working fine in October and towards the beginning of December the unit started warming up on freezer but then later on would start working fine. Unit is in the back porch of the hime where there is no heat at all. Explained to customer unit has to be in a temperature at least above 55* for unit to work properly. Cc that unit was draining but water will still come in to the unit and overfill. Verified and found that utility tub was clogged up so when the water would drain since the port for the drain on the washer is on the top the water would come right back in to the washer since the utility tub is clogged. Removed drain hose tested unit and worked as should. Customer will have to get utility tub unclogged or add a different drain for the washer opt test good.
