Ran diagnostics, no fault codes stored. Ran auto test, all functions passed. No issues found with unit. Advised customer to allow unit to complete wash cycle, which will take 30-40 minutes on normal before advancing to rinse and spin, so approximate cycle will be around an hour. If normal cycle takes longer or cycle issues arise, possibly could be a control issue, but without duplicating issue, would not advise at this point."

"Cc that unit has an F7E1 error code. Confirmed ran diagnostics and unit had a F7E7 and a F7E1 all having to do with motor and actuator. Looked underneath unit and found that one of the legs from the dryer i guess fell off and fell underneath the washer and from them overloading the washer it got stuck underneath the pulley cover causing it to jam the pulley and not letting the motor spin. Replaced pulley, cam and belt tested unit and it agitated and spun as should. Opt test ok.; used 1 W11239857 (BELT), and 1 W10721967 (PULLEY) from stock"
