Cc that lid was not closing. Verified and found lid lock shut closed with out the lid being down. Explained to them that when they select a cycle and unit starts not to try to open the door before it closes because it can trigger the lid lock and keep it shut and also to try not to slam the lid. Ran diagnostics theres no error codes and also did a manual test with lid lock and functioning as should. Recommended that max load is 6 to 7 regular bath towels and 1 to 2 tablespoons of detergent is enough to wash there clothes. Opt test ok.

Customer had parts from another service company(they came out and ordered 7 parts!), DSI board was amongst them. Replaced DSI board using customer part.
