Took temperatures and freezer section was at 3* and ff section was at 40* verified in diagnostics for any error codes and no error codes found made sure the damper was functioning properly and it was so i explained to customer to try to spread foods and drinks evenly around ff section for proper airflow and if anything he can raise the temperature a little higher but unit has perfect temperatures.
