"Cc that unit broke, unit wasnt hooked up, they had another washer hooked up and had to unhook to test defective unit, cold water valve is broken and had to use pliers to removed, too pics of broken valve before touching it, hook unit and ran diagnostics and found code F7E6 for motor fault. Ran test cycle no spin or agitation, performed test 3 and 3b on tech sheet everything checked out tilted unit back and found cap hanging from harness and harness halfway disconnected and electrical tape on harness not really sure if it came with it or someone was trying to get it to work, noticed cap screw was stripped causing it to fall and get partially disconnected causing unit to to start motor, replaced cap screw with spare 1/4in I had in bag and reconnected cap, ran test opt test ok"
