Tested unit by trying to preheat and it would not preheat stays at 100* took off bottom panel to ignitor and it was not turning on went to back of unit and removed everything and checked power to ignitor and it was 120vac tested unit again and it started working put everything back together and stopped. Called BJ and he found a service bulletin on the same issue the deflector deforms and touches the igniter. Verified the deflector and confirmed its deformed where the igniter is at unit will need updated deflector with the cut out and ignitor. Gave customer estimate and stated he will leave like that for now. Customer was stating that ui the digits were blurry and explained to them that ui would have to be replaced for that issue and fir the turning off issue could be a control board. Called BJ and explained issue and said it could be a control board issue but it would just be guessing also had me check power cord and it was good checked outlet with my tester as well and outlet is mot grounded. Explained to customer that before waisting any money to get the ground issue fixed and ho from there.

Confirmed ran diagnostics and unit has an F9E1 error code long drain tested drain pump and noticed that it was not running looked underneath unit and found that the connector came off the drain pump and one of the wire was loose retightened the wire and reconnected the plug tested unit and started draining as should let unit fill up with water again and tested drain pump again and was functioning as should. Opt test ok.
