"Cc questions about heat temp and cosmetic damage, complaint of banging. Unit is past 30 cosmetic warranty. If customer wants to try to get an authorization, will have to call Lowes/Whirlpool. Took pics of cosmetic. Scratch on cooktop, build up on inner door. Seal was off on left side, was able to correct and push back in. Tested temp, 350* and 400* reading normal. Temp is good. Advised customer banging is most likely due to expanding and contracting of the oven cavity. As of today, besides the cosmetic, unit is working as designed. Customer calling whirlpool about cosmetic. Unit Op Test Ok."
