Verified and took took temperatures and freezer was at 33* and ff section at 47* took apart freezer to check the evaporator frost pattern and it was all frosted up unit not going into defrost had to steam out the evaporator and than I tested the heater and was good. Called BJ to help on diagnosing and we found that the board will send the 120vac but once you plug in the plug to the cabinet it will drop voltage. Ordering control board and evap thermistor. Ran diagnostics and found error code F0E5 off balance load explained to customer that when unit has an off balance load and you dont pause it on time unit will cancel the cycle and when you go check on the clothes they are all wet thinking that the unit is not draining or spinning out. Ran a calibration and auto test and unit is functioning as should looked underneath to make sure everything was good and everything is clean and dry no signs of oil or anything. Explained to customer that a full load is about 8 regular bath towels and only 2 tablespoons of detergent and to make sure that clothes are evenly placed inside tub to avoid off balance loads. Opt test ok.

Cut out corroded section of tubing and replaced. Charged system with nitrogen to 120 psi, no additional leaks found. Pulled vacuum on system to 29 in/hg. Recharged system with 5.0oz of r134a.
