"Cc that unit some times shuts off and takes too long to turn on and a weird noise from the side of unit. Arrived and unit is working as should has the temperatures perfect freezer at 0* and ff section at 38* and the noise was the water valve when the ice maker calls for water but they do not have the water hooked up so i shut the ice maker off. For the cooling issue I explained to customer it could be the defrost timer getting stuck or thermostat so I called BJ explained issue and said it could be the thermostat and since its working as should at the moment to have the customer monitor for now and if issue happens again to have the customer tap on the thermostat knob on the ff section and if it kicks on unit will need thermostat replaced. Left as estimate just in case thats the issue. Opt test ok.; ordrng 1 WP2198202 (Thermostat), used 1 SHIPPING (shipping and handling) from stock"

Reclaimed refrigerant replaced drier filter with dye filter and put unit into a 30 vacuum waited about 10mins and it held recharged unit with 3.7oz of R134a but unit started going into a vacuum called BJ because everything looked good but was going into a vacuum and said it has to be low on freon explained to him that i put what the label says and we added 1oz watched it and started getting frost on evaporator. Opt test ok asked customer to monitor for 24 hrs.

Cc that unit was freezing stuff in one of the deli drawers and milk was spoiling fast if they set it on the door. Took temps in ff section and it was at 44* and it was not working in that section at the moment and freezer was at 2* explained to customer that the drawer they have the cheese where it freezes a little is where the air comes out in the vent right behind the drawer explained to her to switch out the cheese from that drawer and the milk since this refrigerator is so small inside they cant block the vent in the middle with food because if not it will block the air causing the cold to stay in back instead of flowing around unit. Ran some test to make sure all the fans and the damper was functioning as should and the thermistor temps averages and everything was testing perfectly. Explained to customer to monitor for now and try out what I explained to see how that works out for them. Opt test ok.

Explain cust to have them together so theres a better air flow. Also set freezer temp to 2* on freezer . Ice maker had an ice stuck, removed ice and cycled ice maker, no water came out. Verify ohms on heater. Pass. Turned fill tube heater on and cycled ice maker, filled with water, Working properly. For the temp on the fresh food section theres a sp on the diffuser.
