"Cc flames not getting low. Found customer not turning knobs properly all the way down past high. Showed customer on knobs they have High, Medium, Low setting and at the lowest the flame is low. Top burners check good. Customer also had questions about the oven being off temp by 25*. Explained depending on if using a short time recipe or long time. After preheat it is suggested to let unit heat 10-15 more minutes before inserting food, so that the oven vanity can be up to actually temp. If using oven thermometer give an extra 15-20 mins. Put oven at 350* let cycle a couple mins after preheat. Was reading 350-360*. Put up to 400* reading around temp. Showed customer how to calibrate unit and cam also look in owners manual as well. Raised calibration by 10*. Customer to monitor and adjust"
