Ff section was running took pressures running and low side was at a 30 vacuum and high side was at about 10psi put unit in step 4 to put it into home position unplugged unit and waited about 10mins to take the pressures and the low side was at 15 vacuum and high side no pressure BJ said the filter drier could be clogged up so i heated the high side line to see if it would release the pressure and nothing came out explained to BJ and asked me to call techline spoke with Andrew and said it could be a leak or a floating restriction so he asked me to flush out the system with nitrogen so I did and than i pressurized the system to 140psi and waited about 10mins like last time i did with techline and the pressures maintained ok for about 5mins but started moving a little could not hear any leaks so i got my spray with bubbles and sprayed the capillary line coming out the cabinet and it bubbled a little but wasnt sure so i pulled the line down a little and it started bubbling took pic of leak called techline explained issue and sent images to them through messages and unit is going under review.

Cc that unit keeps shutting off and has a error code of F3E4 compressor thermistor open/ shorted called BJ because its the same issue as last time so BJ asked me to check with techline to see what they say so I spoke with Kurt from whirlpool and we did so e tests and said the thermistor should do the trick because we put unit in a low heat on timed dry and unit ran for a longer time unit will need compressor thermistor replaced. Gave customer estimate and stated they will call whirlpool to see what they can do for them because unit is only a little over a year old customer said whirlpool told them service call is covered because of having the same issue again. ordrng 1 WP8577274 (Thermistor)

Verified by running diagnostics and confirmed erased error code and ran different components on washer and noticed unit was not agitating looked underneath washer and the belt came off the pulley cover was damaged from overloading and the pulley was completely loose. Explained to the customer that the tub will move like that because its only held by four spring loaded rods which are the suspension for the basket and the basket is able to move the way it does side to side. Complaint was that no water was going up ran diagnostic but it was to short call senior advisor to see if unit had a diverter but it did not bj said that it supposed to throw water at top as soon it start but it wasnt he advise to check arms to make sure it was not clogg and to make sure chopper was not clogged either check arm it was good then check chopper and it was clogged took chopper out and clean then put back together use 4 cups for testing and it pass working as design
