Cut out copper line and replaced with new copper tube. Charged system with nitrogen to 100 psi, no leaks. Pulled vacuum on system to 29 in/hg. Recharged system with 5.3 oz of r134a. Low side stable at 5psi. Freezer starting to cool. Advised customer to allow several hours for unit to return to desired temperature. Op test good."

Customer just wanted to know about the functions on the the washer and the different sounds because she thinks theres something wrong. Verified put unit into a normal wash and unit started filling but when it got to the wash it started agitating and all the lights would shut off and kick back on and it kept repeating it. Looked underneath and thought it could be the capacitor so i had one from surplus and replaced it but nothing. Got to the control board and checked that power was not dropping when light go out but it was good could not see any wires pinched either. Called BJ and had me ohm out the motor windings and they were good will need control board. Customer stated she did not want it fixed because she just got it snd wants a new unit. She said she will call the appliance store and try to get it replaced if not she will call to get the control board replaced. ; ordrng 1 W11498797 (Control) and 1 W11428524 (Capacitor)

Cc that unit started freezing by the next day but then just stopped cooling again. Verified pressures and unit was in a vacuum working in the ff section than unplugged unit and pressures started rising unit has a leak put unit into home position and pressurized the system with nitrogen charged it with 140psi of nitrogen and used soap suds to see if i could find the leak but nothing took apart freezer to see if it was leaking from the evaporator or the lines but nothing. Called BJ and explained issue stated that it has to be an internal leak to call tech line. Called tech line and explained issue and had me do another nitrogen test and he said pressures are holding pretty good with the test he had me do and wanted me to replace the dye filter and recharge unit replaced dye filter put unit into a 30 vacuum recharged with 6.00oz of R134a asked customer to wait 24hrs for proper cooling. Opt test ok.

Cc that unit was leaking. Found unit unplugged and unhooked from the water lines. Reinstalled everything to test unit tested unit And could not detect any leaks besides that i found that the hot water line on the inlet valve was leaking because it had debris and water stains around it but coming from the hose not the inlet valve also could see water stains in The inside part of the cabinet where it was leaking water before running down to the floor let the washer run with the top up so i can see everything around it and nothing i could not duplicate issue explained to customer that it couldve just been the hose but its not leaking anymore. Let customer know to monitor it for now and if issue occurs again to try to get a video or picture for us to have a better perspective of issue but I cant duplicate issue ran different cycles and water levels to make sure. Opt test ok.

Cc that fuse on the fuse box keeps tripping. Checked power on unit and it was good looked at all fuses and thermostats on u it and were reading good did change the cut-off because seemed like unit was not cutting off properly. Looked at all wiring but could not find any issues called BJ and explained issue and asked me to see if the fuse on the fuse box was hot and it was also asked me to check the amperage the dryer is pulling and it was pulling 22amps unit is as designed BJ explained that if fuse is hot the fuse box is bad will need an electrician. Opt test ok.
