If the look is no theres unit will not properly drain and when you use the sink water can siphon back to the unit. Got the sip tied that was there and adjusted it. Does stop intermittently. I cleared out a lot of debris build up that led outside the vent. Ran on auto dry for 5 mins, unit got to off and made signal noise. Upon my arrival customer told me the icemaker is not working. I ran it through a harvest cycle it tested good I ran it through a cycle to test the home positioning of the icemaker tested good I ran it through a icemaker fill test and it came out both icemaker and dispenser indicating that the solenoids on the duel valve has failed and a partial open position. The main water valve in the rear is what is holding the water back at this point needs a new duel water valve; ordrng 1 WPW10341329 (Water valve)

I found that the unit was tripping the breaker. Upon further inspection I found a burn mark between the back panel of the washer and the venting to the dryer. With my voltage meter the vent in the dryer has 120 V the vent to the washer has 90 V the vent to the screw that holds the outlet in place has 120 V if the dryer is unplugged vent to the screw holes the outlet in place now it has 80 V. Customer needs an electrician
