Cc that unit will not start. Verified power and unit had 120 from neutral to L1 and L2 but from L1 to L2 had 0 volts disconnected power cord and plugged it back in and tested the power again and had the 240vac tried various times and powers stayed the same unit started working also did notice that the start switch would take more than 2 times to start unit took off cover and pushed in wires and one of them was not clicked in all the way. Tested unit again and was working every time and power maintained the same. Unit heating and starting as should. Power cord couldve just been loose. Opt test ok.

Took temps and freezer was at 30* and ff section was at 45* but customer had temp at setting 1 because everything freezes in the ff section if lowers temp. Took off evaporator cover off and found no frost pattern just big ball of ice on the capillary line compressor is trying to compensate the temperature in freezer so it keeps running making all the stuff in the ff section freeze. Called BJ to see what he thinks too just to replace the filter drier just in case if its internal leak that way we can see where the leak is coming from did not do pressurized it with nitrogen because she still has temps in freezer to maintain her stuff. "Took POP . Cc that the unit while cooking was making a loud crackling noise and now theres a satin between the glass or under glass. I was able to remove the stain without a scraper. , explain cust that stains that the cook top gets and cant get them off or you dont feel them in the cooktop thats a stain or something that burned in the glass, the only way to get that off is using the scraper that comes with the cleaning kit. Tested burner and I couldnt duplicate the issue. Also on the owners manual shows that crackling , This sound occurs when cookware is used that consists of different materials. The noise is caused by vibrations in the joint faces between the different layers. It may change depending on the amount and type of food being cooked. Unit is working as designed at this point."

Called techline spoke with Andrew explained issue and stated that unit will go under review and they will contact customer for further steps.

Checked resistance of valve coil, good at 13.8k ohms. Pulled outer door panel, found broken wires inside door. Repaired wiring, wrapped wiring, ensured no tension on wires. Started wash test, unit filled with water and started washing. Op test good."
