Cc that washer will not do anything. Confirmed tried running unit and it will not start so I replaced latch tried to run a calibration but no luck. Ran diagnostics and found error code F1E1 error code main control fault. Still looked underneath washer to see if everything was good and found one of the wires from the drain pump came off. Removed plug to remove terminal and repined the wire with terminal reinstalled in plug tested unit and it started draining and working as should. Unit would not do anything because it had to drain and without draining it would not start running as should. Unit working as designed now opt test ok.

Cc that unit was not draining and I guess that landlord came out removed water and cleared out drain hose because it was dirty and clogged up but they never used it since. Ran unit to test and let it drain and unit was draining properly no issues at all. Called landlord and explained to him that the issue couldve been the drain hose getting clogged up or drain pump is overheating causing unit not to drain. Landlord said he will replace drain hose and see what happens after that because unit had a lot of food inside by filter when he cleaned it out so it couldve been food buildup I also explained to tenant to try to clear out dishes from chunks of food and to clean filter out periodically because it was clogged with grease as well. Opt test ok.

Cc that unit is still getting condensation on bottom of the ff section left hand door already siliconed the cabinet replaced seal and steamed it out as well as the freezer one and still having the same problem. Called tech line and spoke to Butch explained the issue and provided him with some pictures and he stated to try to lift the freezer door a little higher and to disconnect the condenser fan and wait 10mins and than check the temperature on the horizontal mullion and he said it should be even all across checked temperature after 10mins and on the left hand side where the moisture builds up it was at 68* to 70* and once you start going towards the right side temperature starts going up all the way to 92* so called tech line again spoke with Chris and explained issue and he stated that unit is not repairable. They will get in contact with customer for any further steps. Opt test ok.
