Cc that water was leaking through the bottom in basement she shut off the water. So i looked in basement and asked customer to show me the issue but everything looked good she shut the water of in time and had a cooler where the water was falling into. So i went upstairs and moved the unit out and everything under the refrigerator was good and the line was a plastic 1/4 inch line. So I asked customer to turn on water while i checked the line and found a pin hole on the line where the hole runs down to the basement removed line from fitting that its connected to and cut off the bad area and reconnected line had customer turn water back on and there were no more leaks. Also customer stated that since she talked to me on 08/16/22 the fridge has been working fine i took temperatures and freezer was at 2* and ff section at 39*. Asked customer if she had any concerns about issue with the water leak and stated that dont worry about it because we didnt know if line just got a pin hole or it got pinched with bottom of refrigerator since the line comes out through the floor not the wall. Recommended customer to please get water supply line replaced with copper or braded stainless steel line to prevent issue again and have the hole for the line come out the wall not the floor. Opt test ok.

Customer had this washer delivered yesterday from home depot because the other one when it was filling it was making a loud sound when filling and he had question about how washer sounds when sensing. Ran unit in a normal cycle and the sound it was making when sensing and filling is completely normal let the washer get all the way to the washing process and its working as designed. Also customer wanted to hear unit when its spinning so I cancelled the wash and put unit into a drain/spin and everything is completely perfect. Opt test ok.

"Cc unit not heating properly and bottom oven was at over 700 degrees on their handheld oven temp probe, ran diagnostics no codes found, ran a 350 bake on top oven u it reaches 350 check temps with my oven temp probe and unit about 365 top oven cycles properly, reaches 365 flame goes off unit reaches 310 to 315 and flame comes back on till unit reaches about 365. Found bottom oven flame spreader not screwed in all the way and leaning to the left causing the flame on the right to shoot to the left side, Set bottom oven to a 350 bake unit reaches 350, checked temp with probe and unit at 372, and flame goes off when oven reaches about 330 flame comes back on unit unit reaches about 370. Unit is working as designed, advise customer to monitor the unit and if they see any over temp to try taking a picture of the temp on their temp probe, and to give us a call and well take another look."
