Customer had powdered creamer in cabinet, sprinkled creamer in sudsy water. Ran wash cycle several more minutes, no suds remaining. Ran cancel drain. Advised customer to not use regular dish soap in unit and to ensure if prewashing dishes to rinse thoroughly before putting in dishwasher."

Verified and freezer had some frost around seal part cleaned off and stem seal to expand a little and some vaseline for better sealing when closed. For the crisper drawers called whirlpool techline to explain that we did the service pointer and that they were still having the same problem. Spoke with travis and we went through some steps on diagnostics and asked me to replace thermistor on back wall ff section because its reading the temperatures wrong replaced thermistor from truck stock asked customer to monitor for now to see how it works out for them now that we changed the thermistor like tech line said.Opt test ok used 1 WPW10384183 (THERMISTOR) from stock

Explained to them that washer is always going to vibrate when its going into a spin tried to level out a little better for them and recommended to try to by the pads for under the legs on the washer to try to minimize the shaking since there on a wood floor. Called BJ because customer still had questions and BJ said it was normal and to call whirlpool techline to notify issue and to see if techline has another point of view on issue. Spoke Rich with and said to verify dampers, and legs which i verified already and were good and that unit being on a wooden floor and on a second floor they are going to see the washer shaking more than normal unit is working as designed and recommended to buy the pads for under the legs on the washer as well."
