Cc that unit is not making ice or just making it real slow. Verified temperatures and ff section was at 37* and freezer was at 5* checked ice maker for error codes and had a E5 error code timed out. Explained to customer the issue is that the thermistor could not be reading correctly the temperature Verified that ice box fan if it was functioning and it was will need ice maker replaced. Gave customer estimate and price was expensive for ice so I gave her the option to lower the temperature on freezer and to try that out and if it doesnt work she will need ice maker replaced.
