Ran diagnostics, code 10-3 for vent electrical problem. Ran diagnostics test in entirety, no codes at end. Ran quick wash cycle using pod. Ensured hot water entering unit by running at sink first. Pod dissolved, no soap remains left. Noticed drain pump noisy, pulled drain pump found hard debris stuck in impeller. Removed. All functions normal. Advised customer to run hot water at sink first and sue super scrub or sanitize wash options to increase water temperature during cycle."

Found ice buildup in freezer section, evaporator drain iced over. Per service pointer, unit needs updated p trap drain tube. Unit older then 5yrs. Replaced drain tube using truck stock. Cleared ice from freezer and steamed evaporator tray and drain. Good flow through. Turned water back on to unit. Ran manual harvest test on ice maker. Ice maker indexed but did not fill with water. Found almost no water pressure at water dispense, checked filter using bypass. Same, checked water in to unit. Almost no water pressure, advised customer she will need to contact plumber to investigate lack of water pressure to unit.; used 1 W10619951 (TUBE-DRAIN) from stock"

Took off top, checked suspension rods, good, nothing out of place. Ran a factory calibration. Good. Ran unit on diagnostics, high spin. Normal shaking. Did not move out of place. Put a load of 5 bath towels in on Rinse/spin cycle, ran all the way through, normal shaking, did not move out of place. Called techline, Cathy, documented, let techline know unit is on bricks, techline recommended something more stable as legs could slide off, could slide unit to more level ground. Could be an overload issue. Can also pause unit and rearrange clothing. Make sure to use proper cycles for load, refer to owners manual. 7730217506. Unit test good. Op test ok."

All checked good. Checked power in to control board and from door interlocks, all checked good for power and switching. Found broken connector on UI board, traces pulled off board. The one burner was not igniting properly. I took it apart tested the wiring the wiring tested good I swapped that wire burner with another one that I know works. It still does not work I put it back to its original set up and everything worked fine.
