"Cc unit not able to start normal cycle after running clean washer cycle.Customer stated she turned clean washer cycle on, the unit went through the cycle. When she tried to start a normal cycle after, the unit stayed on clan washer. Advised customer she would have to turn the clean cycle off on this model before starting a normal cycle. Press clean washer cycle button until off is displayed. Ran auto test, and then started normal cycle. All functions are normal. Unit is working as designed."

"Cc: right rear burner not shutting offTested burners. Burners are shutting off and cooling down. Cooktop hot lights are functioning. Advised customer unit takes time to cool down. Called whirlpool tech line spoke with Leon. He stated the cooktop hot light is on timed cycle, so the cooktop can still be hot when the light goes off. He stated the cooktop hot light will only stay on if the burner was on for more the 5 mins and will only stay on for a limited time, so the cook top can still be hot. He stated the cooktop on light should shut off and not turn back on until the burner is used again. He stated to replace the control. Needs controlControl out of stock. Office to reschedule; ordrng 1 W11106265 (cntrl-elec)"

"Cc unit not draining, error code f9e1.Customer stated he attempted to pull drain basket, he did not find anything inside. Back panel on unit was removed. Pulled front panel, checked drain pump, found sock stuck in impeller. Removed and ran auto test, unit filled and drained properly. Found bellow not secured on tub properly, bellow pulled off tub lip, retaining ring loose, several more items stuck between basket and tub. Removed items and secured bellow to tub. Reran auto test, all functions passed. Op test good."

"Cc that the unit opens up the dispenser but the pod stays in and that it melted a cub an a cutting board and dishes werent clean. Started normal cycle, unit filled with water and just sat there, the heater was working but motor wasnt, try to go on diag, got unit to test simple components and it would not run the motor it filled and drained all out, but wasnt running. Check for power going to the motor 122V. Unit will need new motor.; ordrng 1 WD26X23258 (Motor), used 1 SHIPPING (shipping and handling) from stock"
