Customer was explaining to me the problems but now all lights work, front display is good and working, ice and water are good and coming out dispenser as it should. Unit dropped ice while I was checking out components, fans are good. I did unplug and reset unit. Cooling temp for both sections are normal. When resetting power to unit, unplugged and reseated all wires to controls just incase something vibrated off a little. Tested and unit is working normally. Op Test Ok."

Cc that unit was still vibrating and she had some items inside the washer already to show me. Before she started the drain/spin I showed her that the unit would go off balance or vibrate a lot because she had a sheet and some small hand towels and underwear on one side and a jean and towel on the other side and explained to her it will go off balance or vibrate a lot because of that. Showed her how to properly load washer and how much to load it with to avoid an off balance than tested the unit which is working as designed. She asked me if I can fix her drain hose issue so I did and added some pad in front of washer that she had to see if it would help a bit since unit is installed on a second floor which will tend to vibrate more than it would on a concrete floor opt test good.
