Cc that water was tasting bad and couldnt removed filter and lights on ff section were dimmed. Replaced all modules lights working as should now. Filter was not stuck it just didnt have the cap on the filter to grab it so removed it and installed the new one for her. Recommend her to flush line with about a gallon of water and toss the old ice and see how everything taste after that because theres nothing else besides the water that comes in from the home and the filter opt test good.
