Plugged in unit took apart freezer section to check evaporator frost pattern and when compressor started up could hear it knocking and found that it was not balanced correctly because it was off one of the brackets on back causing it to knock turned off unit fixed bracket turned it back on and compressor stopped knocking and was running as should looked at evaporator after about 15mins and it had perfect frost pattern. Compressor was not not running correctly because it was off balance causing unit not to cool properly. Opt test ok.

Verified and found its been leaking through vent on back of unit explained to customer that if there using a lot of detergent it could be seen the clean cycle uses hot water to sanitize it could be building up suds causing it to leak through vent gave customer estimate for vent assembly but explained to them that if the tub inside has a lot of detergent buildup it could happen again. Recommended customer to use white vinegar instead of the tablets to see how that works out for her she said she will leave like that for now if anything she would think about a new unit. Cc that he went on vacation and his carbon monoxide alarm went off. They checked everything and thought that it was coming from the cooktop. I checked the main line and regulator and it was good took apart the cooktop and verified every switch line and burners and no gas leak anywhere used soap suds and tried to smell close up and nothing. Assembled unit again and tested it and nothing explained to customer to try to keep this cooktop which has a setting to lock the gas on because probably line of the knobs was turned a little causing the issue had the customer with me the whole time to see if we can detect anything but no gas smell. Explained customer to monitor for now if anything call us back. Charged service call.
