"Cc had questions about water level and machine washing clothes. Washer moved into house recently and was customers brothers machine. Advised customer to use recommended HE detergent with newer machines. Ran through diagnostics errors, overloading error codes. Ran through test mode, all components are working properly. Ran a bedding cycle with deep fill on. Good, nice height. Showed customer water level. Let customer know about loading and not stuffing clothes. Water level will be higher with choosing different cycles plus different options. Also if sitting and watching unit, can go through slow/fast agitation or spin at certain points. Good. Unit is good. "Cc unit not working or draining. Found control will not come on when selecting cycles. Looked underneath unit. Either a flood or water piling up on floor occurred. All electrical components are rusted and showing signs of electrical damaged. Had to unplug the motor, cap, shifter, belt and drain pump in order for control to come out. Parts are shorting control. Will need motor, cap, drain pump and cam, can replace shifter on return that was already ordered out.; ordrng 1 W11399437 (Drain pump) and 1 W10890624 (Motor) and 1 W10721967 (Cam) and 1 W11239857 (Belt)"

"Cc unit not starting up, will select options and press start, start button will just blink, will reset power and unit will work one time, then do the same thing where the power button will blink and not start cycle. Unplugged unit. Went to power box and unhook power to unit and put wires back together. Went and took off all wires from control and put back on tightly. Ran diagnostics, had a door switch F5E2 error. All buttons working correctly. Unit is functioning normal.
