Cc that unit stopped making ice and ff section seemed too cold. Took temperatures and ff section was at 40* and freezer section was at 15* not sure if unit was in defrost mode before i arrived so I took off evaporator cover and evaporator had perfect frost pattern did find that evaporator had a ball of ice all around the bimetal causing it not to read correctly so i steamed out the ice and called BJ explained issue and we ohmed out the thermistors from the control board and they were all in range BJ also stated that if we leave and unit starts acting up again that he will pre id the control board.

Cc that unit is shutting off the breaker toward the end of the cycle when theres about five minutes left. Started unit up again and ran a quick cycle and let the unit run went to the breaker box to feel if the breaker were getting hot or warm but was not but noticed that it was on a ground fault breaker. Called BJ explained issue and stated that whirlpool doesnt recommend those types of breakers because they are too sensitive they will need to get it replaced with a normal 20amp breaker. Explained it to Joe and stated he will get it changed out.

There was water still in bottom of unit when I arrived i hit the cancel button and unit started draining perfectly seems to be that the drain pump is overheating causing the issue of water still in unit at the end of the cycle. Replaced drain pump made sure it drains properly and it did also for the door found that the sleeves came off because they broke replaced them with truck stock tested door as well. No out of normal noises, no squeaks or banging. Ran a quick wash with 5/6 towels in to get water on them. Then ran a Drain/Spin on Fast spin with towels in, customer standing by. No weird noises, running over 10 mins, customer said it would of done it by now but its not. Looked underneath washer, all components look good, no signs of anything leaking or broken. All of a sudden, unit started high pitch squeak. Cannot pin pint exactly.
