Ran on normal cycle to tell, no water entered, washplate rotating for about 5 seconds then stops and tried that a couple times. Unplugged and plugged in, ran diagnostics, F7E5 shifter fault. Agitate is working but unit drive not engaging to go into spin. Followed tech sheet, test 3a drive system. At test 11, no continuity, says replace lower harness, slider is all binding. Will need gearcase, slider, lower harness. Gave estimate to customer. Customer paid SVC only. The only that can cause something like that is if something got stuck on the drain and it made its way out, also if the drain pump overheats could also cause that. Verified and found that the latch is working properly customer has to slam door to get unit to start got door to close and drain pump started working and draining ran a rinse cycle to see if it would finish the whole cycle which it runs for about 10mins and it didnt drain the water so i took out the hose from the sink drain to let the unit drain water into a bucket and did it perfectly twice. So i stock a screw driver in sink drain to see if something was jamming it and hooked it back up and i tried draining it twice and it did perfectly so Im not sure if there was something stuck there preventing it from draining. Asked customer to monitor it for now if not they will need the drain pump because it might be overheating replaced. Cc that unit was smelling like something burning when on high. I verified the power cord on back and it was good i ran unit on high and went outside and the vent is good its a straight shot out the hose about 3 feet long and it was cleared up. Ran unit for about 20 minutes with a wet towel which thats when the customer stated it happened and no burning smell at all. I can not duplicate the issue. Called safety spoke with David and explained issue and that i could not duplicate any issue of a burning smell.

From listening to the video it sounded like the fan looked inside freezer and it seemed like the door was propped open and causing frost and frost build up by fan took apart freezer and took off evaporator cover cleared out all ice and it had to be door opened because evaporator was not buildup with frost it was good. Cc that unit is not draining. Started dishwasher up and let it fill with water cancelled and unit drained tried it about 4 times and unit drained every time. Explained to customer that unit is draining for that it couldve been when i disassembled the cover inside to check if anything was clogging the hole and i used a screw driver to see clear it out i probably drain whatever was stuck or drain pump is overheating. Explained to customer that they can either pay service call and monitor it for the 30 days they have for service and if it happens again they will need the drain pump because its most likely overheating checked for drain pump to give an estimate and its discontinued. Customer paid service call.

Cc that stewards appliance came out and said the evaporator in freezer does not have any frost. I verified temps and freezer was at 35* and ff section at 44* moved unit from spot put my watt meter to check compressors amperage and it was running at 1.53 amps took apart freezer compartment and found a ball of ice on the capillary line. Got in Contact with BJ since the unit has a coated ff section evaporator do i just change the dye filter and agreed. Will need to replace filter with a dye filter. ; ordrng 1 WPW10143759 (Dye filter)
